Marguerite Bérard-Andrieu is chief executive officer in charge of finance, strategy, legal affairs, group company secretary, and member of the management board of BPCE, the second largest banking & insurance group in France.
Marguerite Bérard-Andrieu began her career in the French public service at the Inspection Générale of the Ministry of Finances in 2004, after having completed her studies at the Ecole Nationale d’Administration. From 2007 to 2010, she acted as an advisor to president Nicolas Sarkozy on social affairs, and in 2010, she became chief of staff of Xavier Bertrand, who had just been appointed minister for social affairs.
Ms. Bérard-Andrieu is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, and she holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Public Affairs from Princeton University (Woodrow Wilson School).
Marguerite Bérard-Andrieu is also a director of SCOR, of HAVAS, and of the think tank Institut Montaigne.
