He graduated from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques of Paris (IEP) and the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA promoting 1989). He joined the Inspection générale des affaires sociales (IGAS)
He followed a succession of official career:
- Office Manager at the Ministry of Public Service and in different departments of the Ministry of Health (healthcare and medico-social, pensions of the general scheme and aligned ...)
- Deputy Director of Social Welfare at the Ministry of Agriculture
- General secretary of the Board of Control of mutual and pension funds.
- General Secretary of the National Prevention and Health Education Institute (INPES)
- Legal Advisor near the Minister of Health
- Director of the National Mines Social Security Fund.
To date he leads the National Compensation Office of medical accidents, iatrogenic diseases and nosocomial infections. (ONIAM)
He is a Knight of the National Order of Merit and Officer of the Order of Agricultural Merit
