Axel Paeger, M.D., has served as CEO of AMEOS Hospital Group since 2003. Prior to his current position, Dr. Paeger was chief managing officer of Asklepios Kliniken GmbH. Before that, he was a member of the Pacific Health Corporation, Inc. board. He has also served as an associate partner for Health Care Consultancy in Cleveland, OH, USA.
AMEOS is among Europe’s leading healthcare service providers and primarily serves German speaking regions (with today 68 facilities in the fields of hospitals, long-term mental care facilities and long-term elderly care facilities).
