Philippe HONIGMAN

Philippe is an entrepreneur and consultant in the field of information technologies, with a special focus on decentralized systems, in terms of both technology and governance. Philippe is currently involved in several ventures, one of them being Aevatar, a social benefit cooperative whose goal is to implement Self Sovereign Identity schemes in a way that is compliant with existing and upcoming regulations, such as eIDAS and GDPR in Europe. Other activities include co-authoring a collective book about the blockchain («La Blockchain Décryptée»), giving talks about identity, decentralized governance and the future of work, and leading decentralization projects in public and private organizations. Philippe has been awarded the Mercure Entrepreneurship prize by HEC, the leading European business school.
