Sébastien WOYNAR

Sebastien WOYNAR MD, DrPH, is the e-Health and Chronic Care Management Program Director for Air Liquide Healthcare.
He is also managing director of CDM e-Health, a leading French telemonitoring company, engaged in the field of heart failure and diabetes. Sebastien WOYNAR copilots the telemedicine group within the French Strategic Health Technology Committee, placed within the National Industrial Council, and chairs the telemedicine and e-health working groups of the SNITEM and the SYNTEC Numérique, two leading professional organizations.
Sebastien WOYNAR has had international professional experience in the public sector (AP-HP, INSERM, ANSM, French Ministry of Health), in the private sector (Market Access, Business Unit Management) and at the World Bank. He holds a Medical Degree (Public Health University of Versailles-Saint Quentin)) and Doctoral Degree in Health Policy and Management (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill). Sebastien was also trained at ESSEC, Harvard and the London School of Economics & Political Science.
