Frédéric COLLET

Frederic Collet has been appointed as France Country President since April 1st, 2017. He leads the Country Executive Committee of the Group, including Novartis Pharma and Oncology, Sandoz and Alcon. However, he remains General Manager for Novartis Oncology in France.
Frederic Collet is graduated from the Institute of Political Sciences and University of Paris 2.
After a first part of his career in the cosmetic industry (Henkel Group), he joined Novartis group’s Ophthalmology activities in 2005 as Ciba-Vision’s Director. He was Vice-President of the Syffoc, associate to the FEFIS. In 2009, he becomes President of Sandoz France (generic and biosimilar drugs). He also becomes Vice President of the Gemme and sits to the Bureau and Board of Directors of the LEEM (Pharma French trade association).
In 2015, he was appointed General Manager of Novartis Oncology in France and contributes to the development of the activity of this new strategic division in the Group. He succeeds in GSK activities’ integration and the deployment of the portfolio in the areas of hematology, oncology and rare diseases. In 2016, he participates in the creation of the Cancer Group of the LEEM, intended to contribute to the construction of the strategic proposal’s platform, in view of the next Cancer Plan and in support for the pediatric oncology in France.
In 2017, he is elected as a member of the Leem Bureau and Board of Directors, and leader of the European Family.
