Pierre Moustial is Chief Executive Officer of URGO Group since 2011 and member of the Board.
Graduate from HEC Business School where he taught, Pierre Moustial started his career in the banking sector, at BNP Paribas and at Dresdner Bank. He joined the family-owned group founded by Hervé le Lous in 1995, where he implemented a global growth strategy for the medical care market in wound healing, as well as for the selfcare market in pharmacies.
In 2015, he was named by the French Government among the 40 personalities member of the executive committee of “Medecine of the Future”, a governmental initiative encouraging medical and digital innovation in the French Healthcare sector. In 2016, Pierre Moustial was elected Chairman of MedTech in France, the Association of medical technology companies in France.
