Former student of the National School of Administration and the School of Advanced Studies in Public Healthcare, David GRUSON, has held several positions of responsibility in the fields of public policies in healthcare. He has, in particular, been advisor to the Prime Minister in charge of healthcare and autonomy, CEO of La Reunion University Hospital Center and general delegate of the Hospital Federation of France. From an academic point of view, he has specialized, since his PHD in healthcare law and his Master of information and communication technologies, on the digital transformation of the healthcare system. He is a member of the Executive Board of the Healthcare Chair of the Paris Institute of Political Studies. He founded the Ethik AI initiative which aims to deploy a positive regulation of artificial intelligence and robotics in healthcare. He co-headed the working group on these issues launched by the National Consultative Ethics Council in the context of the preparation of the revision of the bioethics law. He is the author of S.A.R.R.A. an Artificial Intelligence, first bioethics polar on the AI in Healthcare published in 2018.
