PHD in Biophysics, Dominique Le Guludec is Professor of Biophysics and Nuclear Medicine at University Paris 7. Head of the department of nuclear medicine, which has the most important activity in Nuclear Medicine in Paris, based on functional and molecular imaging in the field of cardiovascular diseases among others.
Dominique Le Guludec has an international expertise in molecular imaging and authored more than 180 articles in high ranking journals. She was the head of the Inserm Research Group “Cardiovascular Imaging” within the Bichat INSERM U1148 – Laboratory for Vascular Translational Science (LVTS) and of the pre-clinical multi-modality imaging platform UMS 34. She was the director of the board of IRSN from 2013 to 2017, and director of the medical board of the hospital group HUPNVS-APHP-Paris.
She was distinguished as « chevalière de la légion d’honneur » in 2014. She has been appointed Chairwoman of the French National Authority for Health (HAS – Haute Autorité de santé) on November 2017.
