Olivier OBRECHT

Olivier Obrecht is a Public Health Physician with a degree in Health Economics, Social Labour Law and Ethics. After working for several years at the headquarters of the Paris Hospitals, he was Chief Medical Officer of the Fleury-Merogis prison and held positions in several ministerial cabinets from 1999 to 2002 and from 2013 to 2015. Olivier Obrecht worked from 2002 to 2008 at the High Authority of Health then as General Controller of detention facilities before joining the secretariat of the Ministries in charge of social affairs in 2010 to participate in the establishment and monitoring of the network of Regional Health Agencies (ARS).
Presently the Deputy Director General of the ARS of Burgundy-Franche-Comté, he is also a member of the Health Chair of the Institut d'Etudes politiques de Paris (Sciences Po), where he is active.
