Anna Valente qualified as a nurse in Italy in 2013. She started working in the UK as ward nurse in 2014 and soon developed a great interest in surgery, which led her to work as a scrub nurse in theatre and finally to accept a position as a Trainee Surgical Care Practitioner with the Trauma and Orthopaedic team. As a fully qualified and high skilled practitioner she can now provide care to her patients during their whole surgical journey, in pre-op assessment, during surgery and in post-op follows up.
