Zeynep Or is an economist and research director at the Institute for Research and Information in Health Economics (IRDES). Expert on health system performance evaluation, including the analysis of efficiency, equity and health care quality, she has published widely on the interactions between institutional and policy settings and health system performance. She has an extensive experience in international healthcare research and policy advisory work with major organizations. Since 2013, she serves as the associate editor to the journal Health Policy.
