Laure Millet is Head of Healthcare Policy Programme at the Institut Montaigne, an independent think tank and platform for reflection, proposals and experimentation dedicated to public policy in France. Within the framework of this programme, she contributed to numerous projects related to innovation and the evolution of our healthcare system. In particular, she has coordinated the publication of various reports and articles on the challenges of artificial intelligence in hospitals, on quality indicators for care co-constructed with patients, on access to innovative medicines and on e-health. At the same time, she organized several participatory workshops on public policies in mental health. Before joining the Institut Montaigne, Laure was a project manager at the University of Paris Descartes, in the simulation department iLumens. There, she worked on healthcare simulation, innovative training for healthcare professionals and artificial intelligence. She also worked as a consultant for a start-up company developing virtual reality surgical training.
