Antoine is a specialist in digital public policy and regulation of new technologies. He is fellow associate to the Sapiens Institute and is in charge of public affairs for the start-up Bird. In 2017, he published the study "E-stonia: model of an e-governed platform state" for the Sapiens Institute.

Antoine has also worked for the strategy consulting firm Altermind and for the economic department of the French Embassy in Estonia. He occasionally publishes in various newspapers (Les Echos, Atlantico, "trop libre" of the foundation for political innovation).

Antoine graduated from the School of Public Affairs of the Institute of Political Studies of Paris, as well as from the University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas in Economics and Business Law.
