Dr. Tobias Graf (born 1978) is Head of ICU in University Hospital in Lübeck, Germany and Member of the pandemic Task force in the 2nd biggest University Hospital in Germany.
During COVID-19 pandemic Dr. Graf was one of the coordinators of a German-French patient transfer in March/April 2020 from Colmar and Mulhouse to Lübeck, Germany and fortunately back.
He is also working in the scieitific field of infection in ICU patients and changes in public HealthCare in times of the German lockdown.
