Antoine is a specialist in digital public policy and regulation of new technologies. He is fellow associate to the Sapiens Institute and is in charge of public affairs for the start-up Bird. In 2017, he published the study "E-stonia: model of an e-governed platform state" for the Sapiens Institute.

Antoine has also worked for the strategy consulting firm Altermind and for the economic department of the French Embassy in Estonia. He occasionally publishes in various newspapers (Les Echos, Atlantico, "trop libre" of the foundation for political innovation).

Antoine graduated from the School of Public Affairs of the Institute of Political Studies of Paris, as well as from the University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas in Economics and Business Law.

Laure Millet is Head of Healthcare Policy Programme at the Institut Montaigne, an independent think tank and platform for reflection, proposals and experimentation dedicated to public policy in France. Within the framework of this programme, she contributed to numerous projects related to innovation and the evolution of our healthcare system. In particular, she has coordinated the publication of various reports and articles on the challenges of artificial intelligence in hospitals, on quality indicators for care co-constructed with patients, on access to innovative medicines and on e-health. At the same time, she organized several participatory workshops on public policies in mental health. Before joining the Institut Montaigne, Laure was a project manager at the University of Paris Descartes, in the simulation department iLumens. There, she worked on healthcare simulation, innovative training for healthcare professionals and artificial intelligence. She also worked as a consultant for a start-up company developing virtual reality surgical training.

Pierre François graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and from ENSAE PARIS and holds a degree in actuarial from IAF.
He began his career in 1991 with Union des assurances de Paris as Operational Control Manager at the Life Technical Directorate.
In 1997, he joined Allianz-France-AGF where he held various Management positions in the field of life and non-life assurance and distribution.
Pierre François joined UAF (now Predica) in 2001 as Chief Financial Officer as well as Member of the Executive Committee. In 2003, the Department of information systems, management and management control is entrusted to him.
From 2005 to 2010, in the Groupe Pasteur Mutualité, he was successively Deputy General Manager then General Manager.
In 2010, he joined Swiss Life Group as General Manager of SwissLife Assurances de Biens, the group's general insurance subsidiary. In 2012 he was appointed General Manager Swisslife Life Insurance & Healthcare.

Gérard Vuidepot was born in Algiers in 1949.

Gérard Vuidepot is an important player in the second generation of hospital staff insurance companies.
In 1975, after completing his studies, he embraced a hospital career.
In 1975, he started out at the Béthune Hospital in northern France, before working at Lille University Hospital and at Roubaix Hospital as Human Resources Director.
Between 1992 and 1996, he headed the Saint-François Clinic in Haguenau, an officially recognised Foundation hosting a short-stay clinic, a home-treatment service, a public dentistry network for disabled people and nursing care centres.

Gérard Vuidepot was elected to the MNH (Mutuelle Nationale des Hospitaliers) board of directors in 1987, before becoming President of the insurance company in 1997. His work is based on efficacy and a determination to provide an uncompromising defence of the living standards and well-being of hospital staff.

In 2016, Gérard Vuidepot became President of Mutuelle Nationale des Hospitaliers life insurance.

His aim was for the insurance company to do much more for the hospital community. In 2013, he helped MNH launch a unique transformation process in the health insurance sector, ensuring growth and sustainability by developing additional services for people in the hospital sector. This led to MNH setting up the nehs Group, which today provides a complete range of services for people working in the health sector in three key areas: insurance, banking and services.

In 2015, Gérard Vuidepot was appointed President of the Banque Française Mutualiste, a position he held until 2020.

Under his leadership, MNH has become a major reference for players in the health and social sectors as a specialist in complementary health insurance and life assurance for hospital staff.
Today, MNH is the only insurance company dedicated to the health sector, while the nehs Group has become a global player in the health, social and medical-social service sectors.


Mr Vuidepot is also an administrator for the Mutualité Française federation and a delegate at its general assembly. He is a member of the UNOCAM and Mutuelles Santé boards and alternating President and supervisory board member for the SMS cooperative union's "Ligne Claire" service.
