    Endocrinologist at the La Rochelle Hospital Center since 1993, he has been the President of the Medical Commission of the Establishment - CME since 2007. His interest in the organisation of public hospitals and of the healthcare system led him to become a member of the Board of Directors and then the Executive Committee of the French Hospital Federation - FHF in 2013. Since 2016, he has been President of the Medical board of National hospital centers and of hospital groups.
