Hela GHARIANI

Since April 2026, Hela Ghariani has been Director of the French Health Data Hub, a public organization dedicated to facilitating access to health data for research and innovation. From June 2022 to April 2026, she co-led — alongside David Sainati Sainati – The Digital Health Delegation (Délégation au Numérique en Santé – DNS) at the French Ministry of Health and Access to Care. The DNS is in charge of national policy and governance for digital health in France. Together with the European Commission, Hela Ghariani co-chairs the eHealth network which is the European cooperation network of national public authorities responsible for digital health in the EU. Previously, from 2019 to 2022, Hela Ghariani was project director at the DNS, in charge of implementing Mon Espace Santé which is France’s electronic health record plateform. In her previous role, she helped build the beta.gouv.fr digital public services incubator at France’s Prime Minister's office. Hela Ghariani graduated from ESCP Business School in Management, with a major in economics.
