David GRUSON

Former student of the National School of Administration and the School of Advanced Studies in Public Healthcare, David Gruson is Counsellor of Accounts at the Cour des Comptes, He has held several positions of responsibility in the fields of public policies in healthcare. In particular, he has been Advisor to the Prime Minister in charge of healthcare and autonomy (2010-2012), CEO of La Reunion University Hospital Center (2012-2016) and Executive Director of the French Hospital Federation – FHF (2016-2017). Since July 2024, he has been the Home Care Director of La Poste Santé & Autonomie. He is the Founder of EthikIA whose recommendations on the use of AI in healthcare have served as inspiration for the artificial intelligence section of the revision of the French bioethics legislation, and for the new European regulation on AI.
