Emergency physician at Nantes University Hospital since 2002, he has served as President of Samu‑Urgences de France since January 2026. He led regional work with ARS Pays de la Loire to strengthen the coordination and resilience of SAMU‑SAS systems and to operationalize their evolution toward a supradepartmental organization. At the national level, he contributed to the Ministry of Health’s urgent care office, led the interministerial MARCUS3 report on the modernization of emergency communications in France, and participated in the 2023 report on the nationwide rollout of « Service Acces aux Soins ». As President of Samu‑Urgences de France, he is committed to improving the quality and safety of emergency care pathways, enhancing the attractiveness of emergency professions, and positioning emergency medicine within a forward‑looking dynamic to meet territorial and operational challenges.
