    Sophie Guinoiseau is the President of the French National Federation of Local Health Establishments (FNESP), founded in November 2021 to advocate for and promote proximity healthcare facilities across France. As hospital director for 20 years, she champions equitable access to care in all territories.



    FNESP, born from the merger of the ANCHL (National Association of Local Hospital Centers) and AGHL (Association of General Practitioners in Local Hospitals), unites  public, private, and associative establishments. Under her leadership, the federation advocates for localized healthcare services, tailored to the needs of rural and underserved populations, bridging medical and social care.



    Sophie Guinoiseau promotes collaborative governance, uniting hospital directors, physicians, local officials, and patient representatives to amplify the voice of frontline actors in public health policy.
