A doctor in cardiology at the Pitié Salpêtrière University Hospital, he is particularly interested in cardio-oncology, an emerging discipline.

His 2-year involvement with the National trade union of residents - ISNI - adds a further dimension to his career, during which he focused on enhancing the role of young doctors within the French healthcare system, access to parenthood and close collaboration with all healthcare professionals.

During his presidency, the congress of the European Juniors Doctors, an organization representing 300,000 “Juniors Doctors”, was hosted in France. This was a real opportunity to reaffirm our shared European values and our desire for co-construction.



Committed to healthcare policy, he is also interested in law, and is currently studying in the Faculty of Law at the Université Paris Cité.

Pauline Bourdin is a French state-registered nurse and a student in the Master 1 in Public Health.

From 2022 to 2023, she served as Vice-President in charge of advocacy and anti-discrimination at the National Federation of Student Nurses (FNESI).

Since October 2023, she has been the President of the FNESI.

Isaac Désveaux, a medical resident with a master's degree in science from a Franco-German program, is currently working for the Directorate General of Health, focusing on armed conflicts and crisis resilience in close collaboration with the Military Health Service and within NATO.

Driven by his experience in virology during the COVID-19 pandemic, which led to an in-depth reflection on the sustainability, sovereignty, and resilience of health systems in the face of crises, he is pursuing training at the Institute for Advanced National Defense Studies (IHEDN) and serves as a reservist in the Military Health Service (SSA) to address these issues, particularly the aspect of economic warfare, alongside his medical studies. After a significant stint at the Regional Health Agency of Mayotte, he is continuing his emergency medicine residency, which he combines with public health through his involvement in the young health professionals' think tank "Les Ateliers Mercure," which he currently chairs.

During her training, she became interested in the status and rights of interns, and became involved in the National Federation of Pharmacy and Medical Biology Interns' Unions (FNSIP-BM), where she was elected President in 2022.

During her term of office, she made inter-professional cooperation a priority to strengthen ties between professions and enable the sharing of skills to optimize the care pathway.

Following her presidency and internship, she continued her career at the Pitié-Salpêtrière University Hospital as a teaching assistant specializing in hemostasis, while maintaining her commitment to optimizing the healthcare system.

Alix Le Grill has been working in the hospital sector since 2017, initially as Logistics Manager for several hospitals.
She then moved on to a new career as Hospital Director, after attending the EHESP School of Public Health.
Since January 2024, she has been Deputy Hospitl Director Manager of the Auxerre Hospital Center and the Southern Yonne Hospital Group.

Gaetan CASANOVA is a public health physician in the Ile de France region, after a medical internship in anesthesia and intensive care. From 2020 to 2022, he chaired the InterSyndicale Nationale des Internes (ISNI), and from 2023 to 2024, he was medical advisor to the Fédération Nationale de l'Hospitalisation à Domicile (FNEHAD). Highly involved in training, education and innovation policies, he represented FAGE on the Conseil National de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche (CNESER) and currently co-directs the Innov'Health training program at Ecole Polytechnique on field management and innovation in healthcare organizations.
