    Maëlig Le Bayon, 37, a graduate of Sciences Po Rennes and ENA, the National School of Administration, began his career in 2012 at the Regional Directorate for Business, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labor and Employment - DIRECCTE Bretagne, working on employment policies. After a position at the Ministry of the Armed Forces (2019-2021), he joined in 2021 the healthcare sector as budget advisor and then chief of staff to several ministers in charge of disability and the elderly. He was appointed Director of the National Solidarity Fund for Autonomy - CNSA - in September 2024.
