    Guillaume Couillard is an engineer by training, and Managing Director of Paris university hospital group Psychiatry & neurosciences since September 2020. Prior to joining Paris Psychiatrie Neurosciences, he held various positions in the French social ministries. He was deputy CEO of Hospices civils de Lyon between 2013 and 2017, and between 2017 and 2020 he was health advisor to the French Prime Minister. He is co-author, with Michael Ballé and Anne Lise Seltzer, of a book on hospital management, published in October 2024.
    Guillaume Couillard is part of the think tank Le Cercle Asclépios.
