Jean-François MOREUL

Born Brittany, Jean-François Moreul studied medicine in Rennes. He holds a university diploma in palliative care and pain management and in therapeutic patient education (training in program management), and he is also a university training supervisor. After graduated in 2003 and he founded a multi-professional health center (MSP Pôle de Santé Ouest Anjou) in 2010, and a territorial professional health community (CPTS des Vallées de l'Anjou Bleu) in 2020. Jean-François Moreul is President of the APMSL (federation for the development of coordinated multi-professional health center in the Loire region), joins the Federation of Territorial Professional Health Communities - FCPTS - in 2020 (administrator), its board in 2022 (VP), then the presidency in 2025. He is also administrator of the Loire region inter-CPTS and senior administrator of the 49 DAC (coordination support committee). Jean-François Moreul sits on the Territorial Health Council - CTS - and on its board.
