Marianne KERMOAL-BERTHOMÉ

Marianne Kermoal-Berthomé has been Director of Social Policies at the Caisse des Dépôts and a member of the Executive Committee since November 2023. She leads the Vision Groupe Santé Grand Age community and is a member of the Board of Directors of Groupe La Poste.
The Social Policies Directorate manages public pension schemes, initiatives supporting professional training such as the Personal Training Account, as well as programs related to health, disability, and aging.
Marianne Kermoal-Berthomé is a senior civil servant. She holds degrees from Sciences Po Paris, the University of Louvain, and the French National School of Administration (École nationale d'administration).
She has extensive and diverse experience in implementing social policies (social security, health, employment and labor).
She has held several senior positions within the social ministries, including the Directorate of Social Security and the General Delegation for Employment and Vocational Training.
She also served as Director of Finance and Real Estate at the Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris.
She also served as an advisor in ministerial offices: to the Minister for Public Accounts and then to the Minister of Labour (2008-2010), and later as Head of the Social Affairs Division in the Prime Minister's Office (2022-2023).
Marianne Kermoal-Berthomé is part of the think tank Le Cercle Asclépios.
