    A physician-journalist, Philippe Leduc worked as a journalist for Le Quotidien du médecin and then as a director of professional press groups. He founded the Health Economy Forum of the Les Échos group, and then, in 2012, the Health Economy Think Tank. The latter's 2025 Recommendation focuses on "Four concrete, engaging, and motivating measures to finally break the healthcare system's impasse : Prevention – Territorial Organization – Relevance – Financing."

    He participates in discussions and leads debates on the transformation of the healthcare system.
