I began my nursing career in an adult psychiatry unit before having the opportunity to join a group practice in 2010.
Very early on, we started working as a voluntary and rather “amateur” primary care team.
Over time, we developed our healthcare project, which was officially recognized in 2015—this marked the creation of our multidisciplinary health center (MSP).
In 2016, I completed a training program to become a coordinator for multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and I have since taken on the role of coordinator within my own MSP. That same year, we established a SISA (Interprofessional Ambulatory Care Company).
We have expanded the team and now operate as a multi-site MSP.
I firmly believe in the power of multidisciplinary teamwork—not only to ensure high-quality care for patients, but also to foster professional well-being among healthcare providers.
