    With twenty years of legal experience in public service, Elise Debiès is a lawyer at the Paris Bar, with recognized expertise in all aspects of digital technology specially in health and social protection. Within the Prime Minister's Office, she supported the digital transformation of public services since 2003, before joining the Ministry of Health in 2008.
    Since 2009, she has taught digital law in the Master 2 program "Data Law and Open Government" at the Sorbonne University. She is a member of the AI Ethics Committee of the National Family Allowance Fund (CNAF).
    Today, as a lawyer, her in-depth knowledge of GDPR and issues related to the most sensitive data allows her to deal with the legal and ethical issues of data and AI in e-health projects with rigor and pragmatism.
