Anne FERRER

Graduateda; of Sciences Po Bordeaux and the School of Advanced Studies in Public Health, Anne Ferrer has served as Director of Finance at the La Roche-sur-Yon Hospital Center, the Rochefort Hospital Center, and the University Hospitals of Nantes and Bordeaux. Appointed Deputy Director General of the Toulouse University Hospital in 2017, she took over as Director General of the Montpellier University Hospital in March 2023. The Montpellier University Hospital is implementing a vast hospital transformation program worth over €730 million, enabling the modernization of its infrastructure. It is also integrating Artificial Intelligence into the daily practices of care, teaching, research, and team management. The challenge of this systemic transformation lies in ensuring its social acceptability while guaranteeing its sustainability, in order to preserve the human dimension of the public hospital service.
