Étienne DESLANDES

General practitioner, practicing in a Multidisciplinary Health Center (MSP) since 2015. Initially in the Ain department, then in Auvergne since 2020, at a rural MSP in Pontaumur, within the Haute Combraille Health Cluster.
President of the Haute Combraille and Volcans CPTS from 2019 to 2025. A small rural CPTS, deeply committed to patient care pathways—particularly regarding the city/hospital connection—and the coordination of patients’ return home after hospitalization.
Since 2023, he is Co-chair of FemasAura&Co, a federation for coordinated care in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Founded in 2008 at the initiative of healthcare professionals committed to coordinated care, FemasAura&Co is an association dedicated to promoting multiprofessional coordination to improve public health. To this end, it implements initiatives to support healthcare professionals and coordinated care structures (ESP, MSP, CPTS), promote coordinated care among patients, students, and elected officials (…), and foster innovation and research.
He also served on the Board member of AVEC Santé, the national federation of MSPs, since 2023.

Committed to coordinated healthcare practice since the very beginning of his career, he draws on extensive hands-on, field-based expertise. Convinced that healthcare professionals should embrace a population- and territory-based approach to care in order to address the broader determinants of health, he advocates for greater cooperation among stakeholders across the different sectors of the healthcare system.
