On October 31, 2022, Lise Alter was appointed Managing Director of AIS, the Health Innovation Agency.
With more than 15 years in the field, both within public health administrations (Ministry of Health, French National Authority for Health - HAS, National Health Insurance Fund - CNAM) and the pharmaceutical industry, Lise Alter has in-depth expertise and a global vision of the healthcare system and its challenges.
She began her career as medical advisor for ""blood, transplants, tissues and cells"" at the French Ministry of Health from 2012 to 2013, then as medical advisor to the French National Health Insurance Fund until 2014 After spending four years at Lilly France (2014-2018) in the ""market access"" division and then as manager of the oncology business unit, she joined the Ministry of Health's General Directorate for Healthcare in 2018 as deputy director for the performance management of healthcare providers. In 2020, Lise Alter was appointed Director of Medical and Economic evaluation and Public Health evaluation at the French National Authority for Health where she oversaw the work of various units to meet the challenges of assessing tests, treatments and vaccines against Covid-19. She also designed a new approach to the organization of the division to meet the stakes of innovation.
Lise Alter trained as a public health physician and holds a master's degree in healthcare economics and management.

As an engineer by education, Julien RUTARD has been supporting hospital and health sector projects for 13 years. Vice-president in charge of the Healthcare sector for Capgemini Invent France, the consulting branch of Capgemini, Julien is involved in various projects such as the digital component of Ségur de la Santé, the deployment of SAS for which he participated in the initial design in the Grand Est region or even major hospital investment subjects using the Lean design method co-developed with the Hospices Civils de Lyon. Recently graduated in Artificial Intelligence in Health at the University of Paris Descartes, Julien is committed to supporting public and private establishments in the face of the challenges of technological transition and also offers advisory around the issue of environmental transition, the second key challenge of our healthcare system.
