Vincent Trely is an ESIEA engineer, graduated in 1997, with one of the first memoirs dedicated to the SSI "Securing heterogeneous systems" for which he received the jury’s felicitations. He has a Master in Management from IAE Nancy. After 3 years in the MMA's IT department, he joined AXA's Global IT / SSI Organization and in 1999 became CISO of Deutsche Bank France, in charge of deploying a PGSSI for France. He joined ARO Weldings Technologies in 2001 as DSI and RSSI Group, then Le Mans Hospital in 2007 as DSIO, RSSI and Director of Technical Trades. Since 2012, he has worked as a consultant for public and private health institutions, GHT, institutional, ARS and GCS, and health industry, through his Cabinet Vincent Trély - Consultants ©.
In order to contribute to the development of cybersecurity on the health sector, Vincent Trely created in 2010 the APSSIS, federates the actors of the ecosystem, builds a partnership with the City of Le Mans and raises funds to organize the first National Congress of SSI Health in Le Mans, in April 2011. In April 2020 will be held the 8th edition of the event, bringing together 160 experts involved during 3 days of conferences and intensive exchanges.
Teaching for more than 15 years in different schools and universities, lecturer appreciated, he writes many articles in the specialized press and intervenes at symposiums and national and international events on the digital health, communicating objects, the AI and the information security.
