Nicolas Bouzou is an essayist and economist, born in France in 1976. He is graduated in economics from the University Paris X Nanterre and from Sciences Po Paris. He is the founding director of Asterès, a leading economic consultancy.
He is also the creator of the Belém Circle, a think-tank that gathers together European progressive and liberal intellectuals.
Nicolas is a professor of economics at the MBA Law & Management program of the University of Paris II Assas. He is the author of several best-selling books. He is a regular contributor to major French economic newspapers. He can be heard or seen frequently on the radio or on television.

Florence Dupré joined Medtronic in May 2020 as Director of the Restorative Therapy Group (RTG) in France, where she successfully led the RTG teams in the midst of the pandemic. As a member of the Medtronic France Executive Committee, she had already actively contributed to the implementation of Medtronic Plc's new operating model in France. Since January 2021, Florence Dupré has been President of Medtronic France, which has nearly 1,500 employees and 5 production sites, 2 R&D centers and 1 training center. The headquarters are located in Paris.
Florence Dupré started her career at Bayer Pharma and Bristol Myers Squibb as Product Manager, then led the transformation of strategic hospital accounts after several marketing missions in France and Europe at Glaxosmithkline. She then held the position of VP Marketing & Sales Global and Operational Director France at Bioalliance Pharma/Onxeo where she launched the French subsidiary before joining the Viforpharma group as General Manager France and Regional Director North Africa. In 2015, she joined Abbvie's European Management Team, where she held various commercial and competence development positions before joining the Global Team and leading the Go To Market project.
Florence Dupré is a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Syndicat National des Technologies Médicales (SNITEM), a member of the Management Board of the Fondation Université Rennes and a member of the Steering Committee of the Executive Master "Management of Innovation in Digital Health" at the Institut Mines Telecom.
Florence Dupré holds a Master's degree in Marketing Management from ESSEC and a Master's degree in Biology and Biochemistry from the Ecole Normale Supérieure ULM. She has extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in the healthcare industry, both nationally and internationally.

Florence Lustman is president of the French Insurance Federation since 1st October 2019.
Before taking up this position she was, from 2012, General Inspector and then Chief Financial Officer and Public Affairs Director and a member of the Executive Committee at Banque Postale.
Between 2007 and 2012, Florence Lustman chaired the Alzheimer Plan on behalf of the President of the Republic.
Between 2000 and 2007, she headed the French Insurance Supervisory Committee (Commission de Contrôle des Assurances) as General Secretary. She was a founding member of CEIOPS (now EIOPA), member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Insurance Supervisors and member of the Standards Advisory Council of the International Accounting Standards Board.
Having graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique (X 1980), the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Institut d’Etudes Politiques) and the French Institute of Actuaries (Institut des Actuaires Français), Florence Lustman is a qualified Inspecteur général des Finances et Ingenieur général des Mines

For over 20 years, she has been developing innovation and transformation projects for the leaders of these sectors, focusing on major strategic changes, as well as the organizational and technological dimensions (data and artificial intelligence).
