Michael X. IMBROSCIO

Mr. Imbroscio is a partner at Covington & Burling LLP in Washington DC and chairs the firm’s Products Liability and Mass Tort practice group.  He represents a wide range of clients across the life sciences sector in personal injury litigation and in commercial disputes.  He steered Eli Lilly and Company’s defense of litigation brought by business partner Amylin Pharmaceuticals, resulting in payment to Lilly of 1.5 billion USD.  He served as Associate Counsel to the President from 1997 to 1999 under President Bill Clinton.
