Graduate from Sciences-Po Bordeaux and from the French national institute for public health managers (EHESP), Marc Penaud also holds a MBA dedicated to technology and innovation management. He works as CEO in Mulhouse-South-of-Alsace Hospital. He was previously Deputy CEO in Grenoble University Hospital for 7 years, particularly in charge of the development of innovation projects. Co-founder of the national annual summit dedicated to health costs, he was a member of Mission Veran.
