Laura LÉTOURNEAU

Laura Létourneau, Mining Engineer, was previously Head of the "Open Internet" unit to the France’s Electronic Communications, Postal and Print media distribution Regulatory Authority (Arcep).
Beginning her career in 2012 with Unicancer, the French Federation of Comprehensive Cancer Centres, before joining SunPower as Business Developer and then Solvay as Biotech project Manager in Brazil.
She is also the co-author of the book "Ubérisons l’Etat ! Avant que d’autres ne s’en chargent" She was Ministerial Delegate for Digital Health to Minister of Solidarities and Health in April 2019.
