Born on April 18, 1975 in Stockholm, Sweden. French and Swedish nationality. Joséphine Cesbron is a Doctor in Law, former lawyer, with a Master's degree in criminal science, she also holds a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in business contracts, a university diploma in victimology from the Faculty of Medicine of Montpellier, and a university diploma in victimology of sectarian influence and vulnerability processes from the Faculty of Medicine of Paris, Descartes.
Today, she is the director of France Victimes 34, an association approved by the Ministry of Justice, and a member of the Orientation Council of Miviludes.
