Marie-Noëlle Gerain-Breuzard has been General Manager of the Tours Regional University Hospital since January 2014. She began her career as Director of Human Resources and Medical Affairs at the Louis-Mourier Hospital (AP-HP) and then joined the same functions at the Broussais Hospital (AP-HP) until 1997. From 1998, she prepared the social project for the future Georges-Pompidou European Hospital (HEGP), which opened in 2000 and for which she was Director of Human Resources until 2005. She then became Director of the Joffre-Dupuytren hospital (AP-HP) from 2006 to 2009, then Director of the Trousseau La Roche-Guyon hospital group from 2009 to 2011. She became Director of the Créteil Intercommunal Hospital in 2011 before taking over the management of the Tours University Hospital. Marie-Noëlle Gerain-Breuzard has chaired the conference of university hospital administrators since July 2020. Previously, she chaired the conference's HR commission (HRDs and health coordinators of university hospitals). She is also a member of the Board of the National Management Centre (CNG), the Higher Council of the Hospital Civil Service (CSFPH), the Grand Ouest University Hospitals (HUGO) Board and she coordinates the Healthcare mission (SIOS) of the Grand Ouest University Hospitals (HUGO) grouping.
