Anne Smetana has more than 30 years of experience in the Danish health care system: at state, regional and municipal level. She also has a distinct experience in health care system, both on organizational development and innovation in health care and patient participation, as well as on prevention and old age. Anne Smetana has worked on program development and research guidelines and has also developed cooperation between hospitals, general practice and municipalities. Most recently she has been Deputy Director of Healthcare DENMARK, a public-private partnership responsible for international relations in the field of health and old age, as well as visiting delegations, and the Nation of Health visiting center.
