Danielle VACHER

Danielle Vacher is President of the Andar Association, the only association exclusively dedicated to rheumatoid arthritis, a patient-expert and head of the Eure et Loir region delegation. She is involved on a daily basis in serving the interests of people who are affected by the disease.
Having suffered from this condition herself for 27 years, she quickly became involved in associative life. Very active in patient support, she is involved in several hospital programs of Therapeutic Education and participated in the co-construction of the online training program created by Andar for patients, their relatives and caregivers. She is also committed to raising awareness of the disease among future caregivers by working with students studying medicine, pharmacy, nursing and physiotherapy, with the aim of ensuring that all patients benefit from equal and rapid treatment.
