Bernard CASTELLS

With a dual academic background as a radiologist and business management consultant, Bernard Castells created and directed the healthcare division of the Bordeaux School of Management - Kedge, which has been at the origin of his consulting activities for over 25 years. These activities are developed in the support of health structures (ANAP, ARS, GHT, digital transformations, telemedicine and telehealth, ...) and in various sectors of activity outside health (digital, telephony, transport, mutual insurance companies, local government, banks, IT services, European Competitiveness Cluster, banking ...). At the same time, he has held executive positions in radiology groups, private clinics, public hospitals and ESPIC establishments.

Bernard Castells is the founder and director of HOPSIIA, a company in partnership with other public and private industrialists. HOPSIIA is the bearer of a digital project for intelligent management of health data, and participates in the transformation of hospital information systems coordinated with all the players in the territories: caregivers - political - economic - social involved in the health, medico-social and social sectors.
