Olivia Fraigneau is currently a Junior Doctor in Emergency Medicine at the Versailles Hospital and the President of the National trade union of residents (ISNI) 2022-2023.
Since her junior years, she has been serving on committees representing their peers in order to defend them and improve their daily lives. Her commitment has really been growing exponentially throughout her medical studies and especially during her internship. Faced with the systematic non-respect of rights in the workplace, as well as training rights, she has been particularly involved in these matters, as well as in the question of (in)equality between men and women.
