Virginie Genieys holds a double Degree in Econometrics and Business Economics from Paris X University and graduate of Le Havre / Caen Business School
She started her career as Auditor at Arthur Andersen (1990-1994), then from 1994 to 2008 as CFO and HRD at Dynapost where she was appointed CEO of the CCTeam Aurore subsidiary. In 2009 she joined Tokio Marine Europe Insurance Limited as CFO-HRD and then from 2009 to 2017 the B2V Group as HR and General Services Director.
She joined the IMA Group (Inter Mutuelles Assistance) in 2017 as Executive Chairman (2017), then Member of the IMA Group Executive Board since 2018 and Deputy Chief Executive Officer (2023) in charge of HR Group, Communication Group, Real Estate, Purchasing and Mails Group, Press Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Group and Quality Department. Virginie Genieys is also a Member of the Executive Board IMA Assurances and Assurima.
