Alexandre DE LA TAILLE

Prof. Alexandre de la Taille is a urologist surgeon at the Henri Mondor Hospital, APHP, President of the French association of urology – AFU, Vice President of the Val de Marne Medical Association and Co-Editor in Chief of the World Journal of Urology. He has been involved in prostatic pathologies for 25 years, and has led an INSERM team for 10 years on research into biomarkers and cellular mechanisms involved in resistance to therapy. He has focused his clinical activity on the treatment of these pathologies using robotics and new technologies. Renowned for his work, he has published more than 570 articles and is a guest speaker at national and international conferences. His current objective in the association life is to focus on clinical and fundamental research to base the speciality on reliable recommendations.
