Danielle Fregosi has been a hospital director since 1992, and is a graduate of Sciences Po and the EHESP, school of public health. She has been a member of the board of the French National Conference of Hospital Directors (CNDCH) since 2013. n her role, she is more specifically in charge of issues concerning the quality and the safety of care, the quality of life at work, and the drug and health product chain.
She is a member of the Advisory Committee on Care Quality and Safety (CCQSS) of the French National Authority for Health - HAS, and also participates in a number of the organization's working groups (indicators, patient safety meetings, influenza vaccination, V2014 certification manual, quality in local hospitals, etc.).
Danielle Fregosi is also an active member of the national "professional practices, quality and safety of care" group of the French Hospital Federation – FHF. Following the national seminar on "Quality of care, certification and regional hospital networks", which she organized in 2017, she created the inter-conference quality group with the National Conference of Directors of Hospitals – CNDCH, and the Conference of presidents of hospital center medical committees, which contributes to the development of quality in patient care (e.g. certification, quality based financing, patient satisfaction indicators...).
With 30 years' experience as a hospital director, successively as deputy director at the Mantes-la-Jolie hospital and then at Strasbourg University Hospitals, she now manages several establishments: CH du Pays d'Apt in Vaucluse, which is often an experimental site for the HAS (certification manual, unannounced visit, etc.) and has just been certified for the 5th consecutive time, two elderly homes as well as two health cooperation groups, one public for surgery and the other private for medical imagery. She received the medal of the French National Assembly for her actions and results in the service of the region.
