Anne-Marie Armanteras has been President of ANAP (Agence nationale d'Appui à la Performance des établissements de santé et médico-sociaux) since November 2022, and also chairs the Health & Tech think tank.
A graduate of the National French school of public health - ENSP (1982), she began her career in charge of hospital master plans at the Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP), then she was appointed Director of several major AP-HP establishments. In 2010, she joined the Adolphe de Rothschild Foundation Hospital as Managing Director. From 2011 to 2013, she held the position of Regional Representative for the Federation of private non-profit institutions - FEHAP Ile-de-France, then headed the "Healthcare Establishments" Unit, then the healthcare and medico-social services department of the Regional Health Agency – ARS – Ile-de-France, before being appointed General Manager of the Directorate General for Care Provision - DGOS at the French Ministry of Health in 2016. In 2017, she joined the French National Authority for Health – HAS, where she chaired the certification commission of healthcare institutions - CCES from 2017 to 2020 and the commission for assessing and improving the quality of social and medico-social establishments and services - CSMS from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, she was appointed Advisor for Health, Elderly and Disabled Persons to French President Emmanuel Macron.
