Arnaud Vanneste has joined the Nancy University Hospital in November 2022.
From 2015 to 2020, Arnaud Vanneste was Deputy General Manager at Assistance publique-Hôpitaux de Marseille, in charge of finance, performance, research and innovation, engineering and biomedical.

He then joined Nicole Notat's team to lead the Ségur de la Santé program, before becoming a member of Olivier Véran's cabinet as advisor in charge of healthcare provision, finances, and hospital organization, in particular to steer implementation of the Ségur de la Santé and Ma Santé 2022 commitments.
A graduate of École polytechnique, of ENSAE Paris and the École des Ponts ParisTech, Arnaud Vanneste has held various positions within the Ministry of Health. He was technical advisor to Xavier Bertrand and a member of the Inspectorate General of Social Affairs.
