Magalie Rascle is Deputy Director for social policies at CCMSA Central Agricultural Social Insurance Agency – CCMSA, since December 1st, 2022.
The Agricultural Social Insurance is the compulsory health insurance provider for the agricultural branch, and also manages the remaining branches of the French national health insurance (retirement, family and contributions to the agricultural social insurance system) within a one-stop shop, integrating health and social services, as well as health and safety at work, giving it a unique position to deploy public health policies for the agricultural population and rural areas.
A graduate of Sciences Po Lyon, of the Faculty of Law at the University Lyon 2 and of the National School for Social Security - EN3S, Magalie Rascle began her career at the National Health Insurance Fund - CNAMTS on the "Projet de l'Assurance Maladie 2000-2003" mission. She joined the MSA network agencies in 2006, where she held several positions in the Rhône-Alpes and Ile-de-France regions, including Director of Health, Director of Social Protection, and Director of Service Relations and Territorial Action, which led her to CCMSA.
