Florence DUPRÉ

Florence Dupré joined Medtronic in May 2020 as Director of the Restorative Therapy Group (RTG) in France, where she successfully led the RTG teams in the midst of the pandemic. As a member of the Medtronic France Executive Committee, she had already actively contributed to the implementation of Medtronic Plc's new operating model in France. Since January 2021, Florence Dupré has been President of Medtronic France, which has nearly 1,500 employees and 5 production sites, 2 R&D centers and 1 training center. The headquarters are located in Paris.
Florence Dupré started her career at Bayer Pharma and Bristol Myers Squibb as Product Manager, then led the transformation of strategic hospital accounts after several marketing missions in France and Europe at Glaxosmithkline. She then held the position of VP Marketing & Sales Global and Operational Director France at Bioalliance Pharma/Onxeo where she launched the French subsidiary before joining the Viforpharma group as General Manager France and Regional Director North Africa. In 2015, she joined Abbvie's European Management Team, where she held various commercial and competence development positions before joining the Global Team and leading the Go To Market project.
Florence Dupré is a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Syndicat National des Technologies Médicales (SNITEM), a member of the Management Board of the Fondation Université Rennes and a member of the Steering Committee of the Executive Master "Management of Innovation in Digital Health" at the Institut Mines Telecom.
Florence Dupré holds a Master's degree in Marketing Management from ESSEC and a Master's degree in Biology and Biochemistry from the Ecole Normale Supérieure ULM. She has extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in the healthcare industry, both nationally and internationally.
